  • 18 Oreo cookies
  • 2/3 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  2. Place the 18 Oreo cookies in a food processor. Pulse the cookies until they turn into a fine crumb.
  3. Add the milk and baking powder to the crushed Oreos in the food processor. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. 
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Place the mold in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes. The cake is done when it passes the skewer test.
  6. Once baked, remove the cake from the air fryer or oven and let it cool in the mold for a few minutes. 
  7. This cake is delicious on its own, but feel free to dust it with powdered sugar, drizzle it with chocolate sauce, or top it with whipped cream for an extra special treat.
