]]>This dish is the perfect quick and light meal which is packed full of healthy ingredients. Simply chop up lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion. Add olives and chickpeas if you like, and scatter over some feta cheese.
Toast is a great quick and easy food, but isn’t very balanced by itself. Topping it with tinned sardines couldn’t be easier, and adds an amazing source of protein, vitamins, and minerals. For an added health kick, add some salad and even cheese.
This meal can easily be made vegan if required, or you can add cheese for some extra flavor and protein. Couscous couldn’t be easier to make, as you just need to pour boiling water over it and leave it to stand for 5 minutes. Once ready, simply add some canned beans, canned corn, and any other salads or vegetables you want.
