The first thing to do is to cut the watermelon into pieces. Ideally, these would be triangles, to satisfy the aesthetics of the delicious treat. Put some salt on the pieces and let them stay like that for around 15 minutes. After that, rinse off the salt and brush the watermelon with olive oil. Place the triangles on the grill for around 3 minutes on each side. Serve it with either cheese, olives or chili peppers.
