]]>Peanut butter is incredibly versatile. You can use it in sweet or savory sandwiches, sauces, desserts, and many other places. It is a burger topping in some restaurants, as it’s creamy enough to be spread over the burger and the flavors go great together. The latest hit is using peanut butter as a hot dog topping, and once you try it, it will be clear why.
If you want to give it a chance, make sure to put peanut butter on the hot dog while it’s still warm. It will melt into a delicious sauce and give it another layer of flavor, plus the nostalgic note for all of you who lived on PB+J sandwiches as kids.
Not everyone is in love with this trend, though. After all, we don’t all enjoy the same foods. But if you’re ever out of mustard to put in your hot dog, you know what to do.

]]>Here is a winning combination of vegetables and how to roast them.
First, you’re going to need peppers. These can be red, green or yellow depending on your color scheme. Given the combination we’re going for today, red peppers or yellow peppers are probably the best option.
The best way to roast garlic is to roast the whole clove. A perfectly roasted garlic clove should be browned on the outside and slightly juicy on the inside. This offsets the freshness of the pepper.
You want your red onion cut into large slices so it can be chargrilled on the outside but retain moisture on the inside. This will hold lots of flavor and combine deliciously with the peppers and garlic.
Cut your zucchinis into fairly thick slices so that they can stay juicy and succulent. The green of the zucchini contrasts nicely with the red of the onion, white of the garlic and the red or yellow of the peppers.

]]>Recently, people can’t seem to get enough of the strange combination. We can see the appeal as pickles are a staple in Bloody Marys, so naturally, they should work well in beer.
Pickles and beer isn’t actually a new idea as it started in the Midwest and in 2017, Joe McClure, co-owner of the Brooklyn- and Detroit-based McClure’s Pickles, told Esquire that the pickle taste compliments the beer, “It complements the lager because of the slight vinegar and salt notes that get picked up.”
The combo is tastiest in cheap, light beers as it gives them more flavor. But, you can also add pickles to expensive beers. If you’re down to try pickles and beer, just add a pickle to a glass of beer for a minute or two and then take it out. If you live the pickle in for too long, instead of having a slight dill taste, your beer will taste like pickles. Within seconds, you’ll see your beer start to foam!
Are you ready to give pickles and a beer a try?
