]]>Gerasimchuk’s Instagram page eclair_littleartwork attracted has over 100,000 followers so far, who can’t get enough of her tasty masterpieces. Just like regular éclairs, these are made with choux dough and cream, but their amazing toppings are what make them special.
At Art Éclair, you can choose between dozens of different options, depending on your personal taste. Fruits, cookies, chocolate, and caramel are all in the running, and Gerasimchuk uses them all, often at the same time, to make her creations what they are.
You have to visit Kyiv to actually try her original éclairs, but if that option is out of the question, you can always use her Instagram page as a source of inspiration. Get creative with your own éclairs, give different toppings a shot, and try to transform them into tiny works of art, just like this Ukrainian baker.

]]>Choux pastry is the dough that is used to make eclairs and profiteroles, also known as cream puffs. This is one of the best pastries to know how to make because it is really simple. All you do is combine water and butter in a pan, bring it to a boil, and add flour, salt, and stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Take it off the heat and add in your eggs one at a time, and you have your dough!
The filling of your eclairs can be whatever you’d like, but if you are making pastry cream make sure to let it set in the fridge at least 2 hours and up to a whole day before you fill your eclairs.
A plastic gallon bag can easily replace a piping bag if you don’t have one handy!
