Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup of grapes, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 apple, cored and diced
  • 1 banana, sliced

For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of lime zest

Instructions:

  1. Begin by washing all the fruits thoroughly under cold running water. Once clean, start preparing each type of fruit. Place all the prepared fruits into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the honey, freshly squeezed lime juice, and lime zest. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved and the mixture is well blended. 
  3. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the bowl of mixed fruits. Using a large spoon, gently toss the fruit to ensure that the dressing is evenly distributed. 
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for a cold version.
