]]>Make this Greek-style salad when you are craving something salty and cheesy. Combine cucumbers with feta, thin slices of red onion, tomatoes, and fresh together in a bowl. In another small bowl or jar, pour in olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic and onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well, pour over salad and toss.
This salad is simple, but all about the dressing. Pour 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of salt in a bowl or a jar and mix well. Cut up 1 pound of cucumbers and combine with 2 green onions, a handful of cilantro, and diced fresh ginger. Pour over the dressing and enjoy!
Radish and cucumber go together so well. This salad only needs some fresh cut dill, a squeeze of fresh lime and a swig of olive oil and salt over the top and this salad is ready to be eaten.
