Ingredients:

To make the churro ice cream sandwich recipe you will need 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 3 cups water, 1/3 cup oil, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1/4 cup cinnamon, 2 pt vanilla ice cream and oil for frying.

Method:

• Prepare a large pot and add the water, salt, and oil. Let the water boil.
  Add the flour and stir the mixture to get a dough.
• Remove the pot from the heat. Place the paste in a piping bag with a star tip.
